Welcome to my little corner of the online world! Let me briefly introduce myself.

For 17 years I climbed the corporate ladder, traveling all throughout North America and Australia coaching, training, consulting and leading teams as part of small businesses, multi-unit franchises, start-ups and billion dollar direct sales companies. I've held numerous positions including Regional Head of Sales, Country Manager and Head of Training and Development. I attribute much of my success in my career to the A-players I hired, the training programs designed, the coaching culture that was built and to my authentic, situational approach to leadership. While my work was rewarding, fun, fast paced and everything this over-achiever, adventure seeker craved, I decided to hang up my suit and trade in my frequent flyer miles to give laser focus to what I truly do best.

My sweet spot is working with B2C companies, multi-unit franchises and small businesses to develop training and coaching programs for their leaders who are time poor, hard-working, high achievers who want to become more effective with the people they lead and the business functions they run. My programs focus on how to build high performing, emotionally intelligent teams as well as how to better define priorities, create accountability and find laser focus.  When we work together I will help you and the teams you lead establish a set of high performance habits and skills that can be applied to all areas of life. We will create strategies for goal achievement, instill a growth mindset, bring about transformational change for you and everyone you serve and find harmony in working hard and playing hard.  Together we will create an inspiring vision of the future and I will work with you to design a plan to make that vision become a reality.

When I'm not in the training and coaching seat I'm living the salt life in the Chesapeake Bay Area with my Aussie hubby and our 2 gorgeous boys, who are absolutely my favorite people on the planet. I'm a health nut with a soft spot for pie. I'm addicted to podcasts, love to read and have a travel bucket list as long as my arm.  I'm passionate about organizational leadership. I'm a student of behavioral styles & time management hacks and I'm committed to a glass fully full mindset.
